How it works

  • Initial call + collaboration

    It all begins with a free discovery call. During this initial video call, we aim to understand your primary goals and determine if our coaching services are the right fit for you.

  • Onboarding to Program + App

    Once you decide to work with us, we'll guide you through the onboarding process. We’ll help you get familiar with the app we use to deliver the coaching. We'll also establish ideal check-in times, and preferred methods of daily communication.

  • Daily Support + Video Consults

    You receive online support when you need it from your coach via messaging, weekly feedback within the app, and scheduled video follow-up consults.

  • Achieve goals + set new ones

    Our coaching is an ongoing partnership. We don't just help you reach your initial goals; we're here to push you to strive for more and more. As you achieve your milestones, we'll work together to set new objectives and continue your progress.

  • I'm an assistant Cross Country coach at Cornell College. I ran collegiately for four years and have continued to train since graduating in 2019. Running is still so important to me, and now as a coach, I can also share that love with my team. Joel has helped me stay healthy since first working with him in 2019 on an as-needed basis.
